1. Gold Rates

Gold rates fluctuate daily based on the international market. The rate applicable at the time of booking/payment will be final.

2. Hallmark & Purity

All our gold jewelry is BIS Hallmarked. Diamond jewelry comes with IGI/GIA or SGL certification.

3. Advance Booking

For wholesale orders, a minimum of 30% advance is required to start manufacturing. The balance must be cleared before dispatch.

4. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh.
