1. Logistics Partners

We use only secured and insured logistics partners for high-value shipments:

• Domestic (India): BVC Logistics, Sequel, Blue Dart (Insured).
• International (Export): Brinks, Ferrari, FedEx, DHL.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Ready Stock: Dispatched within 2-3 working days.
• Custom Orders: Manufacturing takes 15-20 days depending on the design complexity.
• Delivery Time: 5-7 days for International, 3-5 days for Domestic after dispatch.

3. Insurance & Security

All our shipments are 100% Insured until they reach your doorstep. We provide tracking details immediately after dispatch.

4. Customs & Duties (For Exports)

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country (e.g., Dubai, UK, USA).
