1. No Questions Asked Return

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or different from what was ordered. You must report this within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order jewelry (e.g., Name Pendants, Special Bridal Sets) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Buyback Policy

• Gold: 100% of the current metal value.
• Diamond: 90% of the invoice value (Life-time exchange).
• Silver: As per prevailing market rates.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the product is received and quality checked by our team.
