We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or different from what was ordered. You must report this within 24 hours of delivery.
Customized or made-to-order jewelry (e.g., Name Pendants, Special Bridal Sets) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the product is received and quality checked by our team.
